The commune of Gonneville sur Mer has a church of exceptional richness. Unfortunately, it had suffered greatly from the ravages of time and the humidity of the Pays d'Auge.
In order to save and enhance it, the commune decided in 1994 to create a conservation association, the Association Sainte Honorine. Both of them undertook major restoration work which lasted until 2014 and which enables them to present it today in all its beauty and richness.
